Yep. It's an AR issue for sure. I've swapped one of the caps that looks bad but it has the same issue so I'm going to rebuild it completely.

Great video. I have a milipede same monitor have a curl on the bottom to sort out. Just ordered a cap kit for it too so looking forward to following along. Oh I put the multipede mod in it which is awesome

Are those controls what was on the original cocktail cabinet or were there joysticks?

Yea those look pretty unique. I guess they make sense, given the limited space underneath the monitor bezel, but I'd also like to know if that was original, or not?

Yes. They are custom joystick levers with an extremely short throw. They are amazing and I actually prefer them over the upright 2 way joysticks!

I have millipede and changed the trackball and metal rollers and it spins crappy, any suggestions

You may have over tightened the screws on the housing. A buddy of mine reported that when he did it it didn't feel right. But when he loosened the screws so they are snug and not too tight it helped. Where did you buy them from? Also, I plan on changing the overlay on Millipede soon. When I do I will mention the screws.

I have a question for you, I have a centipede and the speakers sound horrible but I checked and they are fine, could it be the sound board?

Try recapping the PCB.
