I've honestly never saw this game before... but the main character looks like Ryu, but if he decided to wear jeans instead of a karate gi. Plus, it's so 90s at points, which I like.

This seems to be ripping off SNK fighters (Fatal Fury comes to mind especially) at least as much as Street Fighter II.
