The cut scenes are hilarious. End of act 1: Ninja goes to the sushi parlor. End of act 2: Ninja reads the newspaper on a train, while it's under siege by tribal natives. End of act 3: Ninja puts on a tux, and gambles with bunny girls. End of act 4: Ninja goes kyaking. End of act 5: Ninja rappels down a skyscraper, and gives a thumbs up to the window washers. End of act 6: Ninja goes back to Tokyo, and sits on a throne. This has to be the most laid back ninja I've ever seen.

Me and a friend I made on holiday finished this game on a single credit each on co-op. We both hated those three wolverine rip offs at the end of stage 3.

Always preferred this over the NES game, the cool acrobatic moves were essential to playing this game right, something that many of it's derides don't understand and therefore ridicule it. Awesome game! Now if only someone would make some cool custom action figures with awesome cardback art...
