Tinkle Pit sounds like something you'd tell kids when they need to use the bathroom. It's one thing that Namco knows how to do so well is how to use their franchises in other games like in the earlier Tales series and even here, using Pino and Aina from Toypop and seeing Pooka and Frygar as magic monsters, yeah it really does explain the weirdness in Dig Dug.

This gameplay is amazing the graphics are cool and the music sound like in the arcade themes! And I wish it will come out on Arcade Archives!

A lot of uploads of namco arcade music with the C219 chip are incorrectly pitched. this is because it had been incorrectly emulated as it's predecessor (C140) intially, and most notably, the VGM format still sees the C219 as a variant when it is not. It's pitch table is different, among many other things. The worst part is the music could be much more accurate if they emulated it as c352, which shares a lot with it, and is compatible with the vgm format. Really you could just log C219 as C352 and it will basically sound as it should, which I do. Probably gonna upload this one

So. In Devil May Cry 3, the Jester character was almost called Hineh. Like, a very adjacent pronunciation to "Hiney." Reuben Langdon, Dante's voice, had to step in and tell them this was a bad idea because he knew an implcation the japanese devs didn't. If only every japanese team had a Reuben Langdon at their beck and call, such tragedies could be avoided.

Either it's a name that makes more sense in Japanese, or it's supposed to be Twinkle Pit (note the prevelance of stars in the Title Screen and Logo) and they somehow screwed up in such a way that we got this instead.
