I've just beaten Steel Gunner, and now I found Steel Gunner 2. More rail shootin' fun! This game is so cheap it's designed to take away all of your quarters. It looks like I spent no less than 14 continues, and barely beat the last boss. But I beat it, so it still qualifies as a playthrough.
