@@duk2112 this is true if somehow it's in your hand but the likelihood is quite small in most scenarios. On the off chance someone cyclonic rifled with boh in play, thn great, but th chances are slim.

@ synergizing with your commander is the easiest thing to pull off. It’s an easy Draw 2 cards just like Wall of Omens or Wall of Blossoms with Arcades on the field, but Orator flies as well

@@duk2112 I forgot hat orator say if you Reveal or control, not just reveal. So yes, arcades will trigger orator if it's in play.

@zm0rc that's tough cause every wall has a purpose but if I were to swap out the least useful one, I believe amaanthine wall would be the choice.

Can you do a high powered no budget arcades deck

My workload currently has it so I wouldn't get to it until next year at earliest so I'll just tell you a few ways to make this more powerful. First, upgrade the lands to shock, fetches and checklands. Second, add repeatable card draw like rhystic study. Third, upgrade the ramp to things like 3 visits and natures lore Fourth, there aren't many defender creatures out there that are much better, but thing in the ice is pretty good. And finally, use better board wipes and possibly targeted removal of various things like Walkers and such. To be honest, there aren't too many cards that are expensive that will improve the deck much outside the lands, so no budget would only matter if you got og duald.

@@EldenRingStreams I've been trying to figure out how to incorporate background music without getting dinged fo copyright fo a while now, so if I do, it will b added. As for the light, i do use an led light overhead that's way too bright and I use something to vlock some of the brightness. No kidding it's like the sun. Maybe I can adjust th dampening.

Charix doesn't have defender. So its dependent the card Bedrock Tortoise.

The point of Charix was to add a du NY card that if left unchecked hits really hard thanks to a bunch of other cards that make creatures hit with toughness and not power.

Orator sees Arcades so the last ability is relevant. You will draw two cards as long as you control your commander.

If the stars align, then yes it could trigger, but that's the bonus. You hope to have your commander out when you cast Orator, but once people know how good Arcades is, the targeted removal may come your way. Truth be told I added Orator for a reason, but I don't want the last ability to make folks hold it in hopes of the draw if it could be more useful on the board.
