Hi David, I downloaded this vid and will watch it tonight when I'm making my dinner. I'd just like you to know as well that I am high and dry and have not been affected by the floods here in Victoria, Australia, other than I am working hard to repair an earthen dam before the next big storm (it was quite badly eroded by the last one). Sawtrees Manor Thunderidge. Cold Christmas Lane beautiful property restored and currently lived in. I am quite taken with it.
