Pretty sure it’s part of the arcane event that if you wear that skin and try to ult jinx some plot armor bs takes effect and instantly retargets your ability.

I really want WR to continue with free skins, most of the time they may not be the best, but having a cooler look than the original champion is enough (And Vi doesn't have skills with many effects anyway)

all of her skills' ad scaling is one of the biggest, most people default to her bruiser / tank build since it's safer and more consistent

depends on what level you ended after you finished all one time missions, after that there's only 400 ish exp left (4 lvl) from the daily, you probably have to buy the level
