The lines you hear are also the last word or sounds of people he has hunted as well as major tragedies that have become known too the people of Runeterra. "Fiddle-sticks, First of Ten" There are supposably ten major demons loose in Runeterra, Fiddle sticks being the first and oldest. In his voice lines he calls only the demons by JUST there names, for ex "Nocturne, Tahm Kench, Evelynn". There is a lot of lore around him but I'm not too caught up on it. He is partially sealed if I remember correctly, and I think Zoe plays a roll in that some how... though I can't remember exactly how.

It should be noted that the “training” was not in order to do the voice-anyone can replicate the voice easily, just vocalize while inhaling as opposed to exhaling like usual. The training was in order to do it for long sessions without hurting his vocal cords.

Fiddlesticks is quite scary considering he's the 'first of ten' primal demons. And I love how he interacts with other demons, just says their name (nocturne, evelynn, tahm kench..). He feeds off fear and I think he represents fear as a whole, he knows the deepest and scariest fears of those he encounters. He also mimics the last words of his victims (the scarecrow, it's alive! Run! It's in the house!) and that explain his pig/horse noises, probably they encountered him in a field somewhere and he killed them Like someone said, the metal in the voice is caused by actual metal parts of his scarecrow body, the demon himself sits in the metal ribcage of said body. And fun fact, when he's 'recalling' he screams 'what is that? What is that?' - when he recalls with his original skin, the scarecrow body contorts and twists and the demon comes out of him, leaving the scarecrow lying lifeless. (he has overall sick animations for everything, except the party time skin, which are just hilarious)

Another fun fact is that, an additional reason he calls out demons names (including the one housed inside swain) is because in many folklores, its a secret knowledge that if you know a demons true name you can use it to banish or control them. (though I don't know the logistics of if this is right for the league universe since it seems most of the "demonic" entities just use their true names going by how fiddlesticks calls them?)

Honestly, Kindred's voicelines are honestly at the same time terrifying and soothing. Like, yeah, it's something that happens, but the line about the only true death being not living is honestly quite inspiring, because it's honestly true, so many people are so afraid of death, that live in a way that they don't take any risk, too scared of death to even move, causing that when death inevitably comes, they are forgotten, and that's something that Kindred knows too well, because in Runeterra, the way death aspects die are by being forgotten, for example, there's a card in Legends of Runeterra (the card game from LoL), which is called the fading icon, and in his voicelines, he is scared to death about being forgotten, because the ones that are forgotten are hunted by another creature, the Etherfiend, which hunts spirits and aspects of death who are forgotten, Kindred's wolf wanting to hunt the fading icon down himself, and the lamb reminding him of the cycle, that this one is not their prey, but the etherfiend's prey. In general, the package from Kindred in that game is really interesting from a lore perspective since it shows what death is in that world, and it's honestly quite fascinating

I know this comment is a bit late, but I always did love idea of the Kindred. It mentioned the story about the pale man who split themselves in two, and that's what they are. They are two parts of a whole. This is also shown in the fact that they are each missing senses, lamb being blind, while wolf is deaf, and I also believe lamb can't actually speak except to wolf through their connection. Lamb has memory but no emotion, and wolf has emotion, but no memory, hence interactions where lamb tells the story of their creation and wolf reacts so solemnly and emotionally to it, and why lamb asks him to explain sadness, as she's never felt it.

I love the fact that you can hear various animal noises in Fiddle's lines. It show how Fiddlesticks feeds off that true, primal Fear, the Fear present in all living things. The Fear that lies in the deepest recesses of your ancient, reptile brain. That collective instinct borne from millions of years worth of ancestors, from the humble first cells to the earliest man. It is the Fear of unknown, skittering shapes in the darkness. Of sharp, glistening fangs and the hungry yellow eyes following behind you. So, i would go back and re-listen to many of fiddlestick’s supposedly “non verbal” lines, they are often actually phrases spoken with dying breath, like someone who has had their throat cut, their lungs pierced, their mouth full of blood, or some other horrible end. Almost all of them are a secret phrase. We are fairly sure that FS is the first “Creator” aka the 10th creator, the one that the 9 creators did everything they could to hide from existence. “In the beginning there was fear”, and thats what he is. The first fear and pain that sparked the twisted world they lived in. He created the nightmares, the other gods tried to overcome them. The demons are mere shadows of that which he created. What we see in game is but mere motes of his essence, still not fully in this realm, but slowly, inexorably, making his way into the hearts and minds of every person still in the realms, regaining what once was his.

What's scared me the most about fiddlesticks, is his voiceline has an eerie story on every part.. The attack voiceline, the long run voiceline, is a story when he hunt down preys.. Interaction with champions, are about their biggest fear / nightmare.. Garen, Lux, Sylas from their story.. Annie, from her origin.. Jinx Vi etc their arcane story.. Etc.. So, fiddlesticks has two "ways" of speaking. Either repeating past victims last words, or conjuring up someone's worst fears/traumas. (Stuff like "don't leave me" and "it's in the house" for the former, and "Hide Sarah, Hide" for the latter) Something interesting is when Fiddlesticks meets the Kindred, he calls them "grey man." Because kindred was once one, and they split "so he would always have a friend." So the Kindred's worst feat is being alone again. Also, fiddlesticks saying "Lamb, tell me a story" when he kills them is heartbreaking when you think about it. Wolf just wanted to hear the story one last time, and because that was their last words, we know that lamb couldn't respond.

Fiddlestics is the original demon, is the fear itself, the own concept of the fear materialized in the physical world. He isnt even the scarecrow, instead he is the black mess you can see on the cage (and his name isnt even fiddlestics, thats just the name the humans put him). The thing is that he is the most ancient and powerfull demon, so when he finds another demon, he tells them their real names and the emotion they take their powers (as a signal of superiority since he is really superior to all of them) Think about this, Major demons like Raum (who is btw the first descendant of fiddlestics) are in the level of power of champions like ryze, volibear, azir , aatrox pantheon etc… Fiddlestics and his 9 brothers are in the level of celestials (nearly to aurelion sol) Also, as you probably noticed he is based on “IT” (stephen king) And he has his same habilities. :p Another curious fact is that Fiddlestics and Raum are the only demons with a summoning-ritual circle (the fiddlestics one is an obvious reference to the seal of silent hill btw) XD

Fiddlesticks voice lines is basically him mimicking things he had picked up from around Runeterra. Hence you even have animal noises and people in fear running from the demon. The only exceptions are when he calls the names of the other ten( demons). That's why he refers to Swain as Raum, as Raum is the demon in Swain's arm that gives him crow powers. He also refers to Evelynn and Tahm kench by name too.

The thing with Kindred is that they ARE death. The concept of Death given form. When they talked about the pale man, that was their earlier form, which they broke into two halves to spend eternity together. The Lamb has a bow and arrow, and is kind and gentle, which shows the gentle slide into death at old age, and for those that accept death it is painless and fast. The Wolf on the other hand symbolises the death for those that fight it and die of unnatural causes. It comes for those that are unprepared and unwilling to join them. Fiddlesticks quotes are what the targets fear/regret most.

I know there's been other comments on Fiddlesticks, but I just love talking about this champion, so I'll try to condense all of the important things here. Fiddlesticks is the bundle of eyes inside the little cage on the scarecrow's chest, not the scarecrow itself. It's the primal manifestation of fear and its lore describes it as "a demon before demons were known", making it the first demon to every exist. Demons in Runeterra feed off of a specific emotion, which causes them to slowly grow stronger, Fiddle's emotion being fear. Fiddlesticks doesn't really have a voice of its own (and it's questionable whether or not it even has a mind of its own). The frightening voice lines it has are it mimicking the voices of those it hears and kills. So Fiddlesticks saying things like "Jinx, all your fault! All your fault!" doesn't necessarily mean he was there- it means that he heard someone tell Jinx it was all her fault. Fiddlesticks is inside of this scarecrow body because the demon is trying to appear human. Obviously, it's not succeeding very well, but it doesn't know that. It's learned that by pretending to be a scarecrow, it makes it easier to feast on fear. In Fiddlestick's cinematic, it has many arms sprout out of its body when it's decided to finally attack a victim. This is because at that point, Fiddlesticks doesn't have any reason to hide anymore, and is using any means necessary to get to it's victim as fast as possible. (it probably creates more fear to feast on as well, a scarecrow slowly lumbering towards you isn't nearly as scary as one growing limbs and running at you like a spider).

the thing with fiddlesticks is that he knows your depest fears, so he talks in a way that show those fears, in jinx case, her bigest fear is that it was all her fault, then fiddle goes: "jinx its all your fault, its all your fault". in order to feed her fear. it can also talk as someone who is alredy dead, as in nunu case, he talks as if empersonathing nunus mother "im alwas here. my. little. hero." as if trying to lure nunu into danger. a very scary champ fiddlesticks. even in his lore, it was said, that he was the strongest of 9 demons, it was at another level of strengh and since they couldnt defeat it they "summoner asosiaton" decided to emprison him inside the summoners rift, it is said that the champions figthing in the summoner rift are not concious of every battle becuse since there are so many per day, and much of them are against friends it could drive them mad, but not fiddlesticks, fiddlesticks its the only champion that is concious of every battle he participates in, as a kind of torture and punishement for all the lives it has taken, but the risk of it scaping the rift is high.

So basically fiddlesticks is a demon who don't have a physical structure so he just use the scarecrow as a vessel so if you see his recall animation you will see that the red core get out of that metallic scarecrow while the scarecrow itself struggle like when the soul leave the buddy which look painful to death also he is the first demon and one of the first creatures to roam runterra one of the best lines he have is when he mimic Evelyn voice line when he counters vayne ( vayne give us a smile ) because eve killed vayne parents and then when vayne saw eve standing above her parents buddy she said to her vayne give us a smile....
