Act 3 of season 2 is the worst thing that happened to Arcane. Even its ONE good episode, episode 7, relies waaaaay too much on fan service and the audience's emotional involvement to be a classic, and takes too much time in a nine episode season, reason why the following episodes, including the dreadful series finale, are so rushed.
