If I had a nickel for every time a video game character played by Ella Purnell loses a finger and then gets a prosthetic one, I'd have 2 nickels, which isn't a lot, but it's weird that happened twice. There's only 2 seasons of Arcane but will be other shows about other stories from around Runetera coming later/to be announced.

If I had a cent for every time Walton Goggins played a mutant with no nose and a ghoulish appearance who must take a prohibitively expensive drug in order not to turn into a feral zombie in a post apocalyptic story... If I had a cent for every time Hailee Steinfeld voiced a queer coded tough girl with a sidecut in an extremely big budget stylish animated series that uses CGI elements but is made to look like hand drawn, with actual hand drawn elements within all the layers mixed in with the CG 3D models... I'd have 4 cents but it's kind of oddly specific typecasting.

Episode1: The way Cait leans forward a little to get one last glance of her mom before the casket closes breaks my heart. Also just that shot of her in the intro with the crowned shadow behind her…. Heavy is the crown, be careful what you ask for. That shot of Mel after Cait reveals her strike force is so good. She looks absolutely terrified, like she can see every bad thing that’s about to happen and she can’t stop it. Episode 2: I felt like I’d been waiting forever for the Jinx Sevika team up. Jinx just keeps adopting or getting adopted by people. Episode 3: They really gave my girl the Dictator Cape(TM). Damn. And I'm sure there's no parallel being made to the third episode of season 1 with someone lashing out and knocking the other to the ground, having a brief moment of regret before the first person walks away from the other and leaves them crying on their knees. Nope. I'm sure that's all just one big coincidence. I'm sure the writers of this show would never do something so evil. Salo certainly made sure that he never got control of Ambessa's army when he mentioned how powerful the Kirammans were. Though also Ambessa really looked at Cait's mom dying and said "free real estate."

Fun fact: Heavy is the Crown is sung by Linkin Park. Their first album since Chester Bennington's death was released around the same time Arcane Season 2 premiered

The story of arcane is probably over but i imagine the overall story of runeterra will continue (runeterra is the world that they live in, noxus and piltover is only a fraction of the world and there's like 150 league champs to make stories of, so theres plenty of stories to be had)

Vi willing to kill children and sidekicks for her war against Silco: “greater good. There are hundreds dying for what Silco does”. Jinx killing the very portrayer of the oppression towards Zaun since decades: “my sister is gone”. But hey, she killed her mother in law. Cait to Ekko: “violence isn’t the answer or the cycle will never stop. This city needs healing”. Her mom, counselor of the government oppressing Zaun, dies: “ok, martial law, I’ll take all the power and I’ll use nuclear and chemical weapons over the population until I find jinx”. But hey: she is our badass gurlfriend

The great film "Interstellar" is being re-released in IMAX theaters very soon! 10th Anniversary special! Check your local theaters. It is being shown the weekend of December 6th or sooner in IMAX theaters in the USA, Canada and the UK. I do not know how many theaters are showing it.

I'm super-happy to be subscribed to you, Addie. This has been my favorite series since 2021. Season 2 just solidifies that. Without spoilers, the greatest series ever made. I'm glad you like it. I didn't realize it until now, but you look a bit like Vi, Addie. Okay, you're prettier, but ... And your voice is nearly a match too. Haha hearing Jinx ask Sevika if she's crazy because she's talking to dead people. :D Such brilliant Jinx moments in the second season. I'll also admit to loving everything about that alley fight. I figured Sevika's character out in the first season and she's not as evil as many figured her for. She's just always doing the best she can for Zaun. In this season, allying with Jinx made sense for her, though it might not have happened had Jinx not initiated it. I loved this.

Every reactors memories are quire short i guess if they have no idea who or what the beast is at the end of each of these episodes... I mean it had been 3 years and i remembered

It's literally not ever made explicitly clear until episode 4 of season 2. A ton of people *guessed*, and they dropped several *hints* in the first season, but they were quite subtle and could easily have been misdirection. Especially for people who haven't played the game or been interacting with people who were guessing based on League lore, it's very much not a known factor who or what the Beast is at this point in the show.

Poor Cait, losing her mom thanks to Jinx. plus Vi is trying to help her find Jinx and eliminate her for what she has done but when Cait & Vi had her right where they wanted her suddenly that kid (Isha) jumps in front of Jinx to protect her!

Unfortunately it isn't. I feel they should've done 3 seasons instead. Season 1 was well written & paced, season 2 feels kinda rushed and all over the place. Things are happening and resolving kinda within the same episode instead of giving it time to develop. It wasn't terrible, but could've been so much more. 29:01 Just Ella Purnell things... x)
