The reason why Silco probably came out of hiding and made up with Vander is seeing one of the daughters of his closest friends die and him technically breaking the promise he made with Vi and Jinx mom along with Vander. Grief brought them together.

So much change with Vi death. First the obvious, Jayce either died too, was exiled or committed unaliving. Then there's Marcus that had to take care of three traumatized children crying over the death of a fourth child, instead of him chasing after a vague idea of children criminals from Zaun. That's probably traumatizing in it's own way. So he never meet Silco and even if he did I doubt he would help him. Which mean Silco's plan would have been delayed. The attention of the council would have been focused on the real problem, meaning Jayce's research and what living conditions can push children to try thievery on their own account. So we have Silco, with a plan that's not ready, learning Vander is mourning the death of the child they had vowed to protect and the council finally considering the situation in Zaun. I can see him reaching out in that situation.

This may sound stupid, but I genuinely liked the team Vi and Jayce made. Their personalities might clash constantly yes, but when they’re both determined to achieve a common goal, I’m sure no one can stop them, like when they raided Silco’s factory. Although Jayce may not be as strong willed and straightforward as Vi, he’s still willing to do whatever it takes without leaving anyone behind. I would even dare to say that Vi’s strong and determined personality could inspire Jayce to loosen up a bit and stop being so structured. I mean, she literally was able to convince him to take Silco’s matter into his own hands instead of taking the diplomatic way. I’m not sure how to explain it. I just think they complement each other and have each other’s back.

You've got a good point. It's just funny that despite their similar personalities and individual competence, their plans usually backfire, and the 'happiest' timeline is the one where they're both dead (obviously it's not because of that, but the memes are funny).

That really does explain a lot like in the beginning we have jinx going though it 😭 and ekko trying to help her out of it, then the intro then they cut to the rest of the cast talking abt the war then straight INTO the war. 😭 Like what? They should put it in there 😭 do they not know how long Netflix usual season finale are 😭. Not to mention they had did this before with season 1 episode 7,they were going to put an flashback with ekko and jinx, ekko trying to rescue her but of course it fails and would explain the boy savior line she says. I really wish they did added it though would have made an ALOT more sense when they showed up to help with the war.

I feel like I'm the only person who doesn't really see the Ekko/Powder romance as very compelling. Maybe they just didn't have enough screen time together but I never got the impression they liked each other during the first act of season 1. He seemed more adjacent to Powder's circle of trust than part of it. And the next time we saw Ekko, he was the first one to tell Vi Powder was gone and Jinx was the only one left. And honestly, even without the romance, Ekko chosing to leave the good timeline to go back to his own would still be just as tragic. He was still giving up everything he wanted on the slimmest of chances he could go back and fix his own world.

I think its kinda simple to explain with the au universe: - They meet each other often thanks to Benzo and Vander are bros, and become childhood playing with each other. - Violet tragically die because of Ekko tips for them to visit that lab, he would felt guilty & responsible for it, wanting to help Powder recovering as he is always has a good heart, which of course help Powder grow up with support of everyone else around her. - They both are smart and talented inventor, Ekko always has big ideas & motivated while Powder are good at help peoples fixing problem, so Ekko would often came to Powder for help. With all of the above, both of them saw each other on a daily base, visiting and help Benzo at his shop and Vander at the Last Drop. Its natural for both Ekko and Powder to understand each other and share similar interested. They were not separated and grew up in the Zaun where Silco ruled with Shimmer and Chembarons that has less interested on peoples life in the main universe and grow to be enemies of each other, Ekko and Jinx has little hope on either as they don't trust on each other nor believe in a better future... ... until Season 2 Ep 7 where our Ekko experienced what a good life in Zaun and him grow up with his child hood friend - Powder could had been. He came back to his own universe with this understanding, convinced Jinx that its never too late (which is also Ekko telling himself to not gave up on her), and not gave up on Zaun as they rallied everyone and preps to fight the Noxian later.

The only possible thing they could be ok with, is characterizing Piltover as the imperialistic US, and Zaun as a disenfranchised and downtrodden Muslim majority. But that would be like a 10 minute single episode of the entire series, because it couldn't have any women DOING anything. Ambessa just literally can't even exist because she dominates everyone in every scene.

im not even a league player (well i am for a couple weeks now) but even i dislike the way they changed everyones skins- i think its prolly easier and less work for them but i think they shouldve just made a new version of everyskin to be the update with lore so that you can choose any of the skins!!!! or make it so u can turn on or off the two versions of the skins- like just taking it away is always a horrible idea. this is literally reminding me of overwatch and how they just took away the first game and just updated it with the second game, absolute garbage, and as a new player i would prefer to have access to either or, cuz the updated version of all these skins do have some missing or new details and im liking the original version for some so like, wtf! its just so bs to take things away!!! especially if youve let them have it for literal decades and there is no bigger warner to the big change-- truly just giving a broader range of access would have been the better way to go, like, they could cash grab and make u pay for both versions as separate skins or they could just make it a thing anyone can turn on or off with all their skins, maybe be a set thing so when u click thru ur skins theyre already set to which version u like better lol hehe ykno? lloll- but that wouldve been way more work and storage space i assume so, better to just take things awaywahhhhhhhhhhh cry

3:39 Technically Vi, Jinx and Kaitlin are not strong female characters. They often just give in to something when they can’t handle something and need someone to talk them out of whatever they are doing. It’s like how Kaitlin gave into Ambressa’s manipulation in her desperation to catch Jinx. But that’s okay. These flaws and mental unsteadiness make them great. It shows they are flawed humans and they don’t make the headstrong choices all the time. I will say that Isha is the strong female character. She has people she wants to protect and she also is the one who will fight without hesitation despite being the weakest character in the series.
