Arcane Viktor - Interactions in League of Legends

The voice so heavily effected that it's really hard to understand few words, tried to fast check and edit subs as much and as fast as could, but it may still have wrong words. But what is more important it's *Blitzcrank!* Viktor has interactions that he is creator. That rises questions since even Arcane showrunners doesn't know when and how Viktor created him (according to Necrit's interview)

Yeah, in League he has a Russian accent and in Arcane he has a Czech one

@hardware64 Yeah, it's weird how they keep changing their minds on his accent. His newest Arcane Saviour Viktor version has a strong accent that sounds like a mix between Russian and Scottish.
