Arcanist 100k+ DPS | 12.5k Wpn Dmg! Unkillable Mob Farmer! - Necrom PTS | Elder Scrolls Online (ESO)

In this episode of Elder Scrolls Online (ESO), I made an Arcanist DPS combining two very niche sets and creating an absolute monster! Utilizing Thrassian Stranglers and Pelinal's Wrath, you can mitigate the negative effects of these two sets and gain massive positive return!
Here's how it works:
Pelinal's gives you a 25k shield based on your weapon damage after killing an enemy, you gain 1 stack of 100 weapon damage but you take 1% oblivion damage per stack. Thrassian's gives you 23 weapon damage per stack but reduces your health and shields. At max stacks you lose 6k health and 50% of your shields, but gain 1150 weapon damage. Pelinal's at max stacks gives you 1000 weapon damage, but you take 10% of your health as oblivion damage every second.
By combining these two sets, you gain 2150 weapon damage, and even with the -50% shield you still have a 25k shield at all times. Due to the -6k health, we only have 11.8k health, which means we only take ~1.2k oblivion damage, which is manageable by almost all HoT's. Even though we only have 11.8k health, we have a 25k shield on top of that which refreshes every time we kill something, making this build virtually unkillable, and you can push up to 10.5k weapon damage solo!

There’s stronger combos that are easier to use and get better results, but this is unique

The uniqueness is what I try to aim for. I find it gets boring to use the same meta sets on every character, so I try to have fun and try out sets that are barely mentioned as options. Sometimes builds like this one can still put out good results, other times they may not if the set is bad enough :)

If you're talking about if I came up with this build then yes, I had not seen any other builds like it (though there's always a possibility of others out there). Or if you're talking about a written guide, sadly I do not have a website up yet for my builds. But from now on I will be including a written guide in the description of the videos :)

It is somehow strange to collect through gloves in their current state ... Wouldn't it be easier to put the Staff of the Whirlwind (in panel 2) on Mortal Strike + Pillar of Nirn + new mythic necklace? Damage on a dummy in 3kk will be about 40+k

It would be easier to use the meta sets to get as much dps as possible, however, with almost all builds I make, I try to not use any of the meta sets. I find it gets boring using the same sets on all dps builds and using sets that just give stats. So with this build and almost all the others, I try to target non-popular sets and make builds out of them for the extra fun they can provide while still being viable in content :)
