I mean tbh if you compare these new GT3 race cars performance to the LMPs from 15 years ago (quite recent) it’s honestly crazy. Race cars were a thing of the 50s and stuff, not today. And it’s cool for that. The Valkyrie for example, are you freakin kidding me? 991 GT3 is already a car too capable for the road.

From looking at how the gt3 rs mr handles those corners on the nurburgring, it drives like an actual race car, so similar corner handling to a gt3 car

Porsche owns the majority of Manthey and officially sells their parts at Porsche dealerships at Porsche Tequipment. So it's a legit manufacturer record if they best AMGs time. They did the same with the 991.2 GT2 RS MR. The next 992 GT2 RS and then MR will beat the time of AMG one surely. Maybe even this GT3 RS MR. AMG one btw did the record in a non street legal driving mode.

The AMG one has so much time in it still, dont forget about that, also it was built for grand prix tracks mind, there the One is much faster comparatively to the nurburgring.

There is no way. It just hasn't got enough power. It might be slightly quicker in most corners, but the AMG has so much more power that it will make up for it easily

Who said they're doing it for the street? The turbo s with it's 2.1 0-60 and 9.9 1/4 mile stock is more than enough for the street, and looks better than the competition. Add some nice wheels and lower it a bit, and it'll look even better.

The difference between the gt3rs and other top Nur lap cars is the gt3 will put down that same time lap after lap, all the others will slow down significantly after the first. A Porsche test driver said the gt3 will beat the gt2 in a multi lap race
