Is this as user-friendly as they claim? Do you think it has a place in a shop that does two to four pieces of the same kind? We aren't a shop that cranks out thousands of parts

I am not a computer guy, and yes, I was on to the simple trace quickly. It is very intuitive. This machine is definitely best suited to small batch and portability. I like to use the comparison of a cordless drill vs a drill press.

What was the worst or hardest thing to do with the machine?

@wildcatwilly biggest thing is getting your settings dialed in, amp, speed, torch height, etc. Once you get that dialed in for the thickness you are cutting, it is super simple. If you are buying for your shop it will pay itself off in no time.

This panel job I did, we did 5 panels. I figured it would have taken me and my helper 4 days to cut everything out. I was able to do it in 2 days by myself and make way cleaner and more accurate cuts then by doing g it by hand.
