I got the case locally, but look for it on ebay, just make sure that the quality is good...

Just re soldered a missing button for the trunk and replaced the casing on mine yesterday. Oh btw I need to replace my front turn signal bulbs (147 pre facelift) so how would I get the casings off? Could they just pop off or do I have to go behind the bumper or?

Not sure, didn't change it yet on my 147, but think you have to change it from behind the bumper...

so hypothetically if you had another key from a different car, could you swap the Immobiliser chip and blade over would the key would still work?

Yes, all you would have to do is program the remote so you can lock/unlock the car.

So if i have a key without buttons can i use the inside of my shell and change to a shell with buttons so i can use it to open my doors and trunk in my alfa 156fl 2004?Or can i maybe programm a new with my old key?

Yes, you can use the transponder chip, put it in the used key with buttons, program it, and it will work. That's what I did

You either need to reprogram it, or you might have some issues with internals of the key...
