Thank you! Getting used to harsh vocals ain't an overnight thing. You will get used to it and it helps if you focus your ears more to instruments, like two awesome guitars in Arch Enemy case. Maybe one of their latest videos like "Poisoned Arrow", "The Watcher", "Handshake with hell" The latter has also clean vocals.

Arch Enemy are a Swedish band but I think the vocalist are from Canada.. 🤔 I agree with Dominika, Im not that fund with growling but this is ok. Andrei, dont be afraid 😅 You can always hold Dominikas hand under the table 🤝

Alissa is amazing, but I really wish she would do more cleans. I am probably alone with my opinion, but I’m not too enthusiastic about her growling. I think it doesn’t sound pleasant at all. Personally I think Tatiana from Jinjer is way better. But as I said, Alissa is a fantastic singer, this song is perfect to showcase her talents. Would like to see both bands, Arch Enemy and Jinjer, more on your channel. But I guess if it’s totally not your taste it doesn’t make a lot of sense.

There are different kind of growlers. Some are just ugly to annoying. But some are extremely incredible. You need to listen to a few more songs and bands that use the growling technic as main vocals. AE, In Flames and e.g. Amon Amarth and some more are so extremely good. Some other bands are not, I won't say bandnames here, cause else I get flamed by their fanbase 😁
