I don’t see Arch standing a chance in the QB room at TN with Tayven Jackson joining in. Other than that and Saban I don’t think there are any other schools with coaches that can truly change the QBs they coach.

I predict it will end up between Alabama and Ole Miss, at Ole Miss he would be the starter at Alabama he would have to earn it and he could but he would possibly have to wait one season to be the starter! I sincerely hope he goes where he feels at home. He seems to be handling the process on his terms. As a UGA grad, we would love to get in on the Manning legacy, but what really matters is his “feel” and happiness. My gut instinct is that he will pick the location that best suits him, not a location I might pick, or someone else might pick for him. Ultimately he would end up in a program that fits him, not us. He is a great talent who has a solid head on his shoulders. And that is really what matters.

Orgeron may not even be at LSU much longer. Since they won the NC they have gone 8-7, and there is a LOT of talk of the LSU job opening soon, and that has had an affect on USC's ability to grab one of the successful FBS HCs there is, as the LSU job...if opened....will draw more interest than the USC job, considering the Conference they are in has quite a few negative rumours swirling around it and the member Universities. IF the LSU job were to open, and LSU hired a person with a great Offensive pedigree this time around (maybe a person that has never been a HC yet BUT, was on the LSU Staff 2 years ago....talking of Joe Brady), and that hire definitely garnered the young Manning's attention...he could very well go there. It's still quite early in the 2023 hunt.

Don’t look for him to “carry” the banner for Ole Miss. Bama is competitive for both the SEC Champ, Natty Champ and Heisman annually. The Manning’s also know that Kiffin is well, Kiffin or is it Joey Freshwater perhaps? They are above that, I think. Eliminate Georgia because of the way Kirby has failed to develop QBs. Complete disaster with Fields and about 5 other 5 star guys. Don’t the Manning’s didn’t notice. Current QB, Daniels was developed at USC and transferred because UGa DIDN’T develop a QB. Anyway, following the recruiting gamer for Arch over the next year should be entertaining wherever he decides to go.

Georgia has too many 5 stars at QB already. Alabama is defense first. LSU keeps stirring up coaching controversy when there shouldn’t be any. Texas is rebuilding and not serious threat at competing in the SEC west. I think it will be Old Miss.’Too much family tradition to ignore and his Dad was cheated out of his playing days there. Kiffen is the best coach to prepare him for the NFL. Second is Alabama. Gives him the best chance at a National Championship.

I personally think it’ll be between Georgia, Clemson and Ole Miss for Arch. It’s pretty neck and neck right now but I see Ole Miss coming away with it in the end due to Arch’s family ties and Lane Kiffen’s current success. A lot could change in the future though

He wont go to LSU. They have the #1 QB in the country for the 22 class, Walker Howard, not to mention Johnson and Nussmier. That leaves a Junior, sophomore and freshmen ahead of him, all just as talented. He will stay in the SEC. Ole Miss, Alabama and Texas will be the final 3. He will go to Ole Miss unless Kiffin leaves. Georgia is the most over rated Choke artist in the SEC, not to mention the SEC East will be stacked after realignment, so Georgia will be mid-pack at best. He wont be a Bulldog. Ole Miss is the rising star and after realignment they will be at the top of the heap in the West. That plus the family history will see him in Oxford.

@@brandonman1315 no he's not. I ve seen him rated from 2-4 depending on who you believe. I've seen several with Conner Weigman (Texas A&M) and Gunner Stockton (UGA) ahead of Klubnick. Quinn Ewers was considered almost unanimously #1, with Walker Howard #2, Ewers early enrolled to Ohio St. Not to mention Klubnick suffered a season ending shoulder injury. It doesnt really matter it's all completely subjective and opinionated anyway. When you read or listen to scouting services Walker Howard is the name most referred to as the considered top QB recruit, although St Thomas More is not having a very good season due to a very young team, so that can change almost daily.

SMU offers starting the 1st year and no QB competition... No Tua replaces Hurts going on there. Will Arch finish college? If not SMU and playing year 1 is attractive. SMU has a beautiful Campus, great academically. Small enough for Arch to feel comfortable right away. I doubt Arch will go to Bama. Bama is a National Championship machine with Saban's very tight/no risk policies in place. Bama is not a good QB development school.

Bama insures Manning will sit in a depth chart 7 deep with high school all american talent. The important thing is to Play in a Pro Style offense... Not get the Jaylen Hurts treatment or Kyler Murray treatment. National Title means zero.
