@ozymandiasultor9480 Жыл бұрын
Her house isn't huge because Dobreva isn't exactly a huge, really famous actress. BUT if she becomes really famous and kept that house, that is a good sign, because all those enormous houses that big celebrities have are a waste of money, not just because those are expensive but the "logistics" around such houses are expensive and taxes are accordingly big. To be frugal in such moments, when one has considerable amounts of money, that is really smart and a sign that the celebrity or whoever has those money knows how to keep his/her fortune.

If you were paid as much money as actors (they just know how to pretend to the camera, it's not a talent, but a pretence, the ability to lie) in the modern world, their profession (100 years ago they lived in poverty, since you don't earn a lot in the theater, and because of the cameras and the cinematograph that appeared at the end of the 20th century they were put on too high a social level is not deserved) is not worth the money. So if you had so much money, you would live in the same beauty and in huge houses, rest 4-5 times a year, have a stylist (who picks up their clothes, and also have a lot of money to buy branded clothes), like them, etc. You should not put these people above yourself, value yourself more, and the fact that you worship them does not improve your life.

She definitely could find a career in architectural design or something. You can tell she's put her blood, sweat and tears in to her home and knows so much about the entire design and everything within. And she enjoys talking about it.
This is a well-thought out house and you can see her deep connection to it: it's really HER home. AD, this was so refreshing. A lovely change from the (trying to be polite here) fake, showcase-y vibe that you typically see in celebrity homes, which is entertaining but doesn't give you a sense of soul.
she explains every detail, every texture of the floor, wall, makes me feel like I'm recording, I love the calm and the essence, makes everything feel cozy in seconds, I love the fact that she's so famous and started so young, and regardless of whether the house looks like a castle or not, this house was literally made and thought for Nina.

This is such a unique home and I love how she has little memories associated to so many pieces , her bedroom is the size of most of ours totally not what I would’ve expected.

The house is casually chic but historic, i love how she explain everything which makes me enjoyable while watching the video and she never pursue perfection of her furnitures, some cracks and flaws are allowed to exist! what a lovely person!

That is the cutest and coziest celebrity home ever. I love that little movie room. Nothing about the house screams that a celebrity lives there. Very modest and humble house.

Lovely. Looks like a house that every person with a good salary could afford. Not a "celebrity" house. Just a very nice place, loved and alive.

Woo at last the fact that she and her boyfriend had painted the wHoLe house all by themselves is absolutely amazing! Woah.

Loved her beautiful house, and I was also so impressed that she painted the outside herself with her boyfriend. Even though she could have easily hired out to paint! Nina seems like a really nice person, she has a great personality!

I love that she really made the home her own...on her own. The fact that she and her boyfriend painted the house themselves speaks volumes. It's always great to see what professional designers come up with but I LOVE that she did everything herself. Just beautiful!

Beautiful home! No wonder she's so proud of it! Shows how involved she must have been in putting it all together and the fact that she retained it all from the original is just fabulous! It added so much of character to the space (So much livelier than the clean lines contemporary and modern designs have!) And the painting her mom made is a masterpiece in my opinion! So apt! And the tile detail in the bathroom as well as that arched opening is soooo pristine!!

this is probably my favourite home I've watched featured! She obviously put so much thought and love into being there and has truly made it her home. Even talking about raising teenagers there one day! Love how she's preserved so much of the originality of the home while modernizing it and absolutely love that she spent over a month painting it herself. Literal blood sweat and tears.
