This is one of the most beautiful homes I have ever seen. A very pretty, young lady guides you through her house with her calm voice; every room is furnished with so much taste, love and an eye for detail. I am amazed at how you can combine an old, classic cottage so tastefully with a modern interior, the wonderful furniture, wooden and stone floors, the calm, warm and very cozy atmosphere thanks to the carefully staged lighting, everything has been well thought out. I'm just amazed at the wealth of ideas and taste. Rooms flooded with light but still private. It is a privilege and great happiness to get up in the morning and enjoy the wonderful home. The garden is magnificent. What more can I say... just beautiful Thank you for the insight into your beautiful home and lots of joy and happiness.

This was beyond heaven masterpiece to me. As I watched I took mental note of how I need to de clutter. I watch another home tour channel.and those women collect. There is an obvious difference in that and curating a lifestyle in your home. I loved most the glass corner to see well out the landscaping. I loved the whole place so much! The woman knows design!

I love the juxtaposition of the old stone and the modern finishes. Old is wonderful, but can sometimes end up stuffy because one might feel obligated to decorate old with old. Not so, as shown in this tour! The charm of the old architecture was still there but the rooms were furnished in a very modern manner. Perfection.

Even if a modern home is not your jive, there are so many wonderfully creative ideas on how to keep your space tidy and neat. Very elegant and love the rustic flair. Her use of natural backdrop gives a beautiful canvas for the other artful colors she uses in the furniture (that Aubergine sofa!) and dreamy green art.

I love compound feeling homes that have either enclosed interior outdoor spaces or that have patios that connect multiple separate spaces to the whole. You usually see this in temperate or tropical climates, not in colder regions like Ireland, so I found that very lovely indeed!

What a beautiful home. The attention to detail is amazing. All that marble could make everything seem cold but it feels clean and inviting. And the choice of colors throughout also adds warmth to the rooms. I had to chuckle though at the pantry….. bet it doesn’t always look to spartan 😊. Just a work of art!🎉

You've got a lovely, homely home... Your experiment of blending the new with the old wihtout the two at the odds but being one tranquil amalgamation is certainly a success. What stood out for me was the warm homely yet understated luxury vibes which many modern mega mansions fail to achieve they are good for a weekend or a party but lacks the homeliness, the cacooned safety, solidity & character that really makes a house a home. Love this! I'm in the process of designing (with an architect!) a new build beside an old cottage which we'll renovate, in Ireland, so this was really useful to see. Very lovely mix of materials and textures. The spaces are incredibly thoughtful and inviting. This home having it all from tradition to modernist blending so wonderfully. It's a work of art. I took notice of the artworks in being a painter myself and at every turn looking at these spaces there was beautiful, and personality filled works that felt right at home that are clearly selected with love. A really great blend of eclectic treasures from furniture to art to wall surfaces. The materials used in construction of this charming home are impressive. It's a dream environment and it has a calming and joyous feeling.

The curved motif throughout the house: It’s a practical pattern that not many designers really think of. Not only is it pleasing to the eyes, but practical for the kids and adults to avoid clumsy bruises. Btw. The detailed lightning is impeccable. That was really well thought-out and romantically classy.

That is one extremely house. Also an amazing level of attention to detail and craftsmanship. The mini spotlights in the floor, the door for the oven, the baskets for the dog.. i love it! Don't blame me for copying a few of these tricks in my imaginary dream house!
