I didn't see any angle for "arrow placement" and the gunshot following well not trying to be a stick in the mud but would the arrow have brought him down without the bullet? Would have loved to see where she got him.Very small window and shaking when releasing is never a good thing.

You did great, really great. Nice buck too! You held it together even though the ol’ adrenaline was pumping. I’ve been bow hunting and killing deer, wild pigs etc for over 50 years and most times I still get an adrenaline rush. Especially if it’s like a good shooter buck. Learning to take a deep breath and take control with making a truly dynamic shot will become easier, trust me. I would like to suggest to you look up “ bow only outdoors “ on KZbin and watch his learning videos on using various releases. This young fella is spot on with his techniques. I guarantee you if you will commit to trying his technique with your release for 100 shots you will be a better archer. GOOD LUCK young lady!

videographer was terrible. The vid ran for 4 minutes and 39 seconds. I didn't see the deer until it ran after she released which was 4 minutes and 12 seconds. Should have been a few feet above her to get a good seeable quality video.

Actuallly, I thought the video was great. We get all kinds of videos with super slo-mo zoom shots of the arrow hitting the deer so we can all chime in on what was right or wrong. In this video we got to watch her reactions to what the deer was doing all the way through to the shot. Great adrenaline build up. She held it together really well and her reaction knowing she made a good shot was perfect. Better to congratulate than criticize!
