You rock young man. As a kid l used to hunt pigeons and other birds with rocks. Trick was to find a resonable sized well rounded stone and hunt with slingshot from a tree fork.

Brother, you are an amazing shot. I used to shoot slingshots all the time when i was a kid in the 70's and 80's. Have you ever tried lead balls? My dad shot .50 cal. lead balls out of an old wrist rocket and it was deadly. I love the look of your slingshots. I have never used flat bands before.

It's great fun! I used to shoot lead. I still have the moulds and stuff. Steel is more convenient and I can take waterfowl with it.

Any matched bandset and steel ammo will work. From 8 mm to 15 mm steel, or lead. It all works as long as you match your bands to it.

It is definitely worth it to buy a roll and a rolly cutter and make your own. It's not very expensive and it gives you the freedom to experiment.
