Lovely video. I much prefer to see women withut makeup, it's much more honest. Love your shooting. Hope your health problems clear up nicely. I also have the same bow in 3 weights(Samick SKB), 27,36&54lb(Supposed to be 30 or 35, 40 & 60lb but SKBs always come below the stated) as well as others. The heaviest bow I regularly shot was 42lb, so the 60lb SKB was ambitious to work up towards, but i never did. I can pull 60lb but not shoot many arrows before straining. It's not entirely true that the manget has no effect, adding any wieght to the bow limbs increases the inertia to be obvercome before the limbs move & will effect the cast of the bow, more so if it is asymetric.

What spine arrows did you use in this video? It was the same spine for all 3 bows right?

For what it's worth.... If you let the bow hand initiate your release and apply a degree of Khatra so that the arrow passes without touching the bow, then the spine becomes relatively unimportant. In this instance the draw weights are very similar so again the spine will be pretty much irrelevant. I use a 30# for working on my 'form', a 40# as my regular draw weight and a 50# to build muscle strength and tone so I can shoot the 40# bow with minimal fatigue. I use a differently spined set of arrows for each bow, although each set is about 10gpp. Play around and see what works best for you and gives you the most enjoyment 👍 My 3 bows are all different makes; two are very similar 'horse bows' and the 3rd is a slightly longer Scythian style. I like the variety 😁 Happy shooting!
