Pretty much yeah, the general rule is whatever hand is actually doing the drawing/shooting determines wether you’re left or right handed. Usually it’s based off your dominant eye (back when I did a beginners session they had us look through a triangle we made with our hands). I’m not convinced I even have a dominant eye tbh, they switch quite a lot depending on where the thing I’m looking at is in relation to me. I also find it harder to close my left eye without closing my right aswell (but I can close my right one on its own for some reason? 🤨), that’s why I prefer to shoot with both eyes open. Trying to force the left one closed it just distracting

What to do if I got an archery set but the target included in it, is smaller than standard (it is 49.8x49.8 cm)? And what to use as an archery stand? Because the ones you can buy, cost € 70... In the set I got the target with foam base. And it stands on the ground, so it's very low...it's better to have the target higher.

Is the arrow always on the body side for all cultures and historical bow types? It seems awkward to imagine horse archers shot that way and I seem to recall one style horse archers had was to hold extra arrows in their off hand so they can rapid fire 3-4 arrows within 3-4 seconds total. I saw a demonstration of Mongol horse archery where a guy did that and shot accurately. It was pretty impressive.

okay my right arm can can hold more weight then left arm. so should the one that ability to hold more weight be one pull bow string back
