Great addition to the range, I saw them when living in Italy - the design and quality of the italian manufacturing industry is wonderful. Not always 100%, but fascinating.

Please do a 29" riser test in both barebow and recurve setup.

I have a gillo GT25 riser and I absolutely love it. I did have to entirely redo the grip with rasps, files and putty because at least for my hand it was not comfortable at all. At least it was real wood so easy to work with.

Scary Face mask are a must in Italy! That country had the highest mortality rate in Europe! So scary would make you feel better than a smiley face! As far as English! Italy is 34% fluent in English! The 29” color is cool! Loving all the colors really! The adjustable pockets are trend setter!

I can see those risers being an acquired taste in terms of their styling, but a few of those colours look real sharp. The idea of shooting a brown recurve is appealing to my strange tastes.

I have the GT 19" with the stainless hammers It's simply amazing. The limb adjustment is as stated +/- 15% instead of the usual 5% however, it can be finicky with super recurve limbs like the Uukhas s-curve or Borders. It will work in spec, however adjusting it too high or low will result in an uncomfortable amount of noise. normal profile limbs will work well, allowing you to use a single limb for a huge range of draw weight. my black wolf limbs for example will range from around 33# to 50# another issue for potential customers is the lateral limb adjustment screws. When locking them in place, it can lock the limbs in, making it impossible (or rather difficult) to remove the limbs. you have to lock it quite loosely. I ended up using loctite 222 (purple) to ensure that it doesn't vibrate loose.

Also using the GT voids your warranty with most other limb manufacturers.

No, using the GT riser does not automatically void the warranty with other brand limbs, but using the limbs outside the manufacturer's normal adjustment range may void the warranty

I can confirm the Easton pin nocks were expanding and breaking above 55 pounds. I switched to the Gold Tip mini HD pin nocks. No issues so far.

I shoot Easton axis 5mm 340 spine at 65 pounds and my knocks are fine. And before that I was shooting Easton full metal jackets 5mm 340 spine. And those knocks were fine.

@@wcwcgarner2717 could be related to overall weight of the arrow too. Thats interesting.

Bought the GT as my first riser lol. You should warn customers about a few things when using the huge range of poundage adjustment. Some warranties will be voided (uukha in particular). Your limb will shoot extremely weak, wich is to be expected but this will make your arrow way stiff and flight will be quite wonky. It's great for increasing the poundage gradually, so you'll just have to live with it for a while. Alternative is to buy full length arrows & gradually cut them down, too much of a hassle so i'll just live with wonky arrows & focus on form before aiming. At 0 position (factory stock), it does shoot like a dream with little to no vibration. Read the manual & buy blue threadlocker, saves you the issues Kaminski had.

Frangilli founded Gillo along with his father. “Gillo” is his nickname. I found that 30-35% weight adjustment is accurate, which saves an archer 1-2 sets of limbs. The string pouch is pretty great if you have multiple bows or different string setups for different event types.

I got a 27 in gillo riser a year age. It shoot very smoothly and nice. I had to get a bigger riser as I am very tall with 33 draw. Can't say anything bad about the riser and love it. I be checking your Web site and see what else you have. In gillo

I definitely like the look of those Gillo barebow risers compared to the C&D archery risers. I've been looking for a string caddy since I saw Jake kaminski's
