The direction I go much of the time is based on the communities reaction. Next to my Defcon talk, this one has 'blown up' (to me anyway). FYI, that who thing started on a thread where I had to explain to someone that OpSec was not something that took place by you simply using TailsOS. He in turn got but hurt, and made a few posts were he had one or two people agree, then he made a contest (claiming he would pay the winner $50), with the rules being to use formatting tags, and be detailed as the rules (I take both as a compliment btw). The OP constantly got pissed at me telling people that I liked there submissions. Nobody ever got paid. Impossible to register, manage to get kleopatra create a pubblic PGP key, I get the encrypted PGP message decrypted, paste the decrypted message but nothing happens. I dont know what to do. also tryed the two factor login and paste the 16 lettesr and digit code there but I just got redirected to login

I'm definitely not against people learning, or being aware of there surrounds even in a digital format. I'm definitely against people doing drugs, buying or selling them. That said, they are also free to do it and as we have seen with the war on drugs, trying to stop them, does nothing but create king pins. I totally understand your point and it's a fine line to walk for sure. My goal as I said in the video is to educate, not promote. Much in the same way someone can learn about home security, but not be a locksmith or install alarms for a living (or rob people). I'm not LE, my job is not deterence. It is to educate and discuss topics that individuals who consume my content tell me they would like to see. This, a market analysis, was a pretty big one that I had been putting off for a while. Also, it could be argued that all videos about anything illegal could *promote* illegality, simply by having the discussion. People, make there own decisions, I don't want to see anyone become a slave of the federal government's prison system for 20 years, because of a non-violent drug offence, which is why I discourage such action, but it's not because I see it as morally rephrensable or because I think the law, is correct. Not even a lawyer knows all the laws, your average citizen commits three felonies a day (harvard study) due to over criminlization in the US, and it's one of the reason we have 25% of the world's prisoners, with only 5% of the worlds population. At heart, I'm an agorist.

I understand your view point as most of the people/“influencers” on the internet don’t have integrity and will do almost anything for money or attention. If Sam wouldn’t compromise his integrity going against the US Government I doubt he would do it for a market.

true prohibition is useless. However private prisons would lose a lot of their profit without all the petty personal use inmates and so on, there'd be a lesser need for all the cops, DEA, etc.
