Hey Sam and Community, i thought one of you could help me. Im playing a computer game and some servers have this mod that they detect and collect ip adresses and put them on a list if they for example cheat on a server another server could see the list and ban this player too.. thats illegal for my understanding but yes, so i got banned and no i wasnt cheating, i was cheating on another account and this was 1 year ago (and not on this server) now i have to change my IP adress so that they cant detect me i will also delete everything from my pc and setup windows again to delete any logs etc. can someone tell me how to change the ip adress, i tryed restarting the modem (took it from power didnt help 3times i tested it) i called the provider to give me a new one . they said no what can i do can someone help me?
