Please make sure if you are buying a house from Lennar that you are there to supervise the construction of your home so that you don't get a unfinished home? I had my realtor and my daughter to go by a couple of times they ask for some things to fix but they said it cost to much to fix it so the answer was no .We asked if they could place a vent for the stove to go out side and answer was no .This was before the house was halfway finished.We live in the house next to the latest model and the model is higher so the property drains to our yard and there is a collection of water just setting on side of the house. Yes the contractor came by and we had to ask for the remotes to our garage doors. I don't exactly want they say they are but they just don't care after they get their money .Right now the HO A is running the so and will not let you do anything to your house with out there approval.We cannot put a privacy fence by the pond because the head of the HOA said that people don't take of those fence.Sorry I Would not write this if it was suppose to be our dream home.Just Be careful .VERY UPSET!
