Was there a bathtub in the master bedroom? Didn't want to watch again, but didn't remember seeing one. Overall, I liked everything except the rooms down near the billiards, too dark and secluded. I felt that the space there should've been a little more opened. Not bad though!

The house is very nice and staged rather well. The only draw back that I see is the wire shelves in the closets. Seem out of place for such a nice house. I prefer a bigger utility room with a sink.On a scale 1 to 10 I would give it an 8.

Stunning first home ..... the one thing I dislike though is the open back yard with 'no boundaries! Not good for 'Private People', especially if your neighbours are not nice and have big messy dogs! .... the UK is very different when it comes to this feature. All of our back and front yards are fenced or walled off, showing clear property lines. Best way to avoid conflicts.
