AreaCentroid is a good one! This enables you to grab the centroid of either surfaces or polysurfaces, and be able to copy/move from there. As an example, this could help you move the center of the canopy in chandelier to the center of a ceiling in a room.

i am trying to prepare my 3d house model for CNC i know i can use openNest for the 2d packing however is there a way to unpack the 3d in all elevations ?

Actually, 30 is not an enough number, it needs to be 100+ atleast.
