Malaking nagiging papel ng sealer or varnish sa industrial type na concept. Papakintabin at uniform lang lahat kahit na hindi masyadong maganda ang looks para maging kaaya aya sa mata ng tao pero ok lang iyang ganyang concept if malawak ang lugar kc kapag hindi didilim ang paligid tignan at isa pa parang bodega nga naman. Kapag stress ka parati lalo ka ma stress sa industrial type na looks. Un ung opinion ko ha.

❤❤❤ what we did to achieve the plain/smooth concrete wall finish was we applied liquid skim coat mixed with cement..and seal it with water repellent if we want it matt finished... if you want it glossy you can top it with concrete emulsion 😊

Agree ako dito. Di ko alam kung bakit pero kahit nung bata ako, mas magaan pakiramdam ko pag bumibisita ako sa bahay ng mga kamag anak ko dati sa probinsya na mukhang unfinished yung mga bahay, yung puro semento lang tapos exposed yung mga kahoy sa bubong.

Sir Ed Ito talaga yung vini visualize ko na gusto kung mangyari sa bahay ko .Lalo na pag dating sa flooring at kitchen .Hindi naman po sa pag titipid pero ayoko talaga ng mga makikintab na tiles na uso ngayon ang hirap e maintain lalo na pag nasikatan ng araw makikita mo na mga visible dust . Barn at rustic, meron ngang appeal architect. Brings back memories of our old houses sa probinsiya. Pansin ko lang po na maganda siya sa mga bigger spaces, dahil gray ang color. Industrial din po ang pangarap na ambiance ng anak ko and her hubby sa pangarap nilang bahay.

Tadao Ando's designs ay concrete ang mga materials na ginagamit. Regarding sa used pallets, ang kagandahan ng charred wood ay pest resistant and apply a coat or two of sealer or oil, this is also known as shoshugibon.

Gusto ko ung palochina na wall cladding. San kaya nakakabili ng mura? Di na ba need ng wall paint before ilagay sya? Also baka may marecommend kayong interior designer na gumagawa nito sir ed? Problemado ako sa finishing kasi ang laki din talaga haha very useful idea yung concrete counter top kasi ngayon ko lang yun talaga narinig. Mahal pa naman granite and quartz!

Among your pegs the very first one with the bare concrete ceiling and the one with the Eames chair were the best for me. Many of the other pegs look quite expensive. I used to work in an advertising agency that had a polished bare concrete floor and I thought it was great! The cement kitchen countertop is also super nice. Sana magawa ko sa gagawin kong rest house. :) Thanks for a great video!

sir archi. pwede po bang magtanong? pano po ba pinapa thick sa actual ang isang exterior wall? bale po, yung pinopoche po sa drawing na exterior wall na instead thickness lang ng CHB at plaster, eh mas pinapa thick yung wall para may depth po lalo na sa flat facade. may mga floor plan kase akong nakita na from 100 mm eh biglang nag 200mm. sana po nabahagi ko po ng maayos katanungan ko.
