Yepp nata is mandatory and if you're aiming to get central govt clgs like nits and SPAs then u have to clear jee paper 2 (barch) and for IITs u have to clear jee main,advanced and AAT.

Yes you can. You have to go through the IIA website. Keep in mind that even through IIA also you have to give exam for next 5 years after that you can become an Architect.

Mene ek professor se baat kiya tha recently and she said agar starting salary btech jese courses se compare karo toh kam hi hai , lekin as experience badhega salary bhi badhti jayegi , ek hi level mein nhi rahega lekin badta jayega. And also a thing ki multiple ways of income rakh sakte hai. Jis professor se mene baat ki unka khud ka firm hai , freelancer bhi karti thi hia , professor bhi hai and she earns pretty great.
