This is not a real form of therapy
I had a random idea recently for this role play, so I thought that I would give it a shot. I use the basic concepts that are used in actually desensitization training for phobias and anxiety disorders, but put an ASMR twist on things. I hope you enjoy and get some tingles from it.
You may recognize some of the trigger objects used. This was intentional. These are triggers that many of you have identified as particularly strong or pleasing.
Included triggers: soft speaking, tapping, grinding sounds, clinking sounds, face brushing, whispering, head scratching, puppy face.
