Mike, I have been watching your videos and as a real estate broker in Florida for 32 years, my wife and I are planning to retire to Las Cruces. I hope we can meet and have Monarch meet our needs. On this model, as well as all of your models, we do not want a tub in the primary bathroom. We would like Monarch to consider moving the shower to the location of the tub and then extend the closet, so it takes up the space vacated by the shower. One closet in the primary bathroom is just too small. We have looked at hundreds of homes in las Cruces and also like the Monarch 2384 square foot home at 6151 Wild Sky with the master closet NOT IN THE BATHROOM. But we see where you could add a second closet in that home by eliminating the tub and build a closet and it would make a difference. You would lose the barn door but you could leave the doorway open to the bathroom or just install a regular door. I also own 5 cars so I need a 3-4 car garage with minimum 10 foot ceiling for my car lift. If you ever start building homes with an RV garage as the third garage, then I can put 2 cars pn my lift plus a car behind it and then park 2 cars on the left side. Or a 4 car garage with the 3 car garage extended out the rear for the fourth car. Then I will park our 5th car outside. It appears that the Monarch homes have nice cabinetry, lighting, windows, blinds, pre-wire throughout and 8' doors . Finally, a double entry door would be best for moving furniture into each home. I know that Monarch has the 38" front door but a double door would be best suited for all homeowners. Look forward to soeaking with you!

I love for the garage floor to be epoxy, it gives a custom look. The kitchen is nice, but the master at 16 X 15 is a little bigger than average, but 20 X 20 is more ideal. I like a bigger bedroom to put a small sitting area. When I want to relax I do not like to sit on bed, I want to put my feet up and relax in my bedroom. Also, can we please have a bigger bench in the master?? Trying to shave your legs on a small bench isn't easy. Outside of those things..fabulous house.
