BEAUTIFULLY DESIGNED HOUSE. THANKS FOR THE PRESENTATION, VERY INFORMATIVE. THE BUILDER OUT DONE ITSELF WITH ALL THE EXTRAS. 4 THINGS THAT I DIDN'T LIKE THOUGH, 1) THE BARN DOOR TO THE BATHROOM; 2) THE DROP CEILING IN THE DINING ROOM; 3) THE BACKYARD PROPERTY WALL BEING TOO LOW FOR PRIVACY; AND 4) IS NOT HAVING ACTUAL OPENING WINDOWS IN THE BATHROOM FOR VENTILATION AND IN THE DINING/LIVING ROOM. THE POND WAS BEAUTIFUL AND A NICE FEATURE TO HAVE.

Beautiful home and tremendous value. Is it on city sewer and water ? Also, where does the water come from for Las Cruces as it looks like the Rio Grande is barely running?

Thank you so much. The community of metro verde is on city sewer but the water comes from a company called moon gate water. The Rio Grande here in southern nm is used primarily for farming. They usually release it around July for a few months and then shut it off at the lakes located just north of here. Thank you for your excellent questions

Visited Mesilla a week ago after going to Las Cruces to see my dad from Austin Tx for the holidays and ate at La Posta . I will say I wish I had the time to go look at these homes I like what you guys are doing . I have properties in El Paso and a cabin in Ruidoso but haven’t had the chance to go for a couple years with my kids schedules out here in central Tx . I would get my dad a home in Las cruses and don’t see very many builds or floor plans I like as much as yours . I will say the master bath is awesome but the bedroom is a bit tight in this model . A option for a extended area or even a door to the backyard would make it feel more flowing in my humble opinion. I think if you extended it out towards where you have all that space on the side where the rocks are for the exit of the pass through garage is to the backyard side would be a better use of that space and just make it’s a three car with no pass through and have a door to the backyard. I really like that you guys have amazing kitchens and offer solar through the builder as well. I find that builders are not focused on living space as much as they are just trying to pump out cookie cutter homes that go out of style very quickly . That video of that $800 k home was my favorite keep up the great content gentlemen.

Do you offer pre wire for cameras outside since wifi isn’t always reliable . I get that Ring cameras and Arlo aren’t bad but wired cameras with solar panels are the way to go . Also having outdoor plugs on the perimeter on the corner walls near the roof are awesome to have for holiday lighting so you don’t have to run an extension cord down the side of the house . Can’t give you any more secrets though lol . Just a few things I see some up and coming builders doing in Texas .

Thank you for asking, as far as I know I don’t think there’s anything against it. There may be an issue if the equipment you plan to use is super loud. But other than that I don’t see any issues. We definitely have amazing weather for outdoor activity. Thanks again 😊

Thank you so much for asking. Flatbed and Smaller trailers hidden in the back yard or inside a structure or ok. In the covenants large rvs and trailers are not permitted, however with these type of covenants its always up to the neighbors to call codes to enforce the covenants. Does that make sense? Thank you 😊, yes I’ve been here most of my life we don’t have rolling black outs. Sometimes with an accident or a lightning storm I’ve had it go out for a little while but nothing major.
