I was a young adult chorister here at Paisley Abbey in the 70s and it was indeed the best decade of my life. I made many lifelong friends and I learned my craft (as it were) very quickly and thoroughly under the supervision of the now Dr. George McPhee. It would take too long to even begin to tell my story. Musical theatre got the better (?) of me. Many many happy memories have I and a life enriched by being part of a wonderful institution. 🙂❤🥵

I must've missed this glorious Abbey at Paisley. I was fortunate to visit the UK in 1977 as I recall Her Majesty's Silver Jubilee. It didn't rain once that whole ten day period, at least where I lodged.
