New Zealand’s National Film Unit presents 'The Young Giant Kaingaroa' (1966)
One of the biggest exotic forests in the world, Kaingaroa covers 500 square miles, and produces annually 50 million cubic feet of wood for pulp, paper, and building timber. The management of this forest is the responsibility of the New Zealand Forest Service.
