Absolutely my favorite series on KZbin right now. The quality of these videos, the in-depth training, the banter with your teammates, the scenes you choose to shoot your footage. It's all A+. Hoping this hits the algorithm and people really jump on board of this journey with you, Ari! Also... thanks for making EVERY American miss the summer time while we're freezing our buns off!

As an Aussie living in Seattle, I love and miss the banter and light hearted smack talk from the ladies - it’s awesome 😊 Ari, fantastic series, great production, sound and beats!

Ari, can't say enough greatness about this trip to Australia, 1st you sound so much more professionally focused and more relaxed if that's the correct word. Love the scenery and the OWS shots. The Red Hen probably wanted down to lay an egg, lol, Whatever you are doing keep it up, it's working for you, something has changed in the positive for you. Good job.

Dude, I scrolled down looking for the music and its ORIGINAL? You mixed this? Holy moly... that track hits me so hard. I want to cry and scale a mountain at the same time. Its 100% going on my training play list. From one triathlete and musician to another... my hats fucking off man. Well done.

The content surrounding this trip is incredibly interesting, Ari. Haven't enjoyed a series this much since Lionel's pre-Kona. Big, big fan!

You’re working so hard Ari but you also seem to be really really enjoying yourself and the company and it really shows through and hopefully it is helping with the tough days. A huge camp for the endurance and muscles, even more huge for the soul. Welcome to Australia and keep up the amazing work. Lots of love from Queensland Australia.

34:00 - us Aussies MAY be grinders, but when it comes to ‘the Australian Method’, what we do actually do - beyond simply banking miles - is prioritise ‘race craft’. THAT is what you are experiencing NOW with all those open water races against triathletes who are pretty close to your ability: someone a little faster than you (Chloe) and a bunch of others smashing each other to keep up. This is exactly what is required to get you into the ‘Ditlev’ pack (ie. the second bunch at a 70.3 or PTO race) even with your current overall swim standard. The ‘miles in the bank’ that Chloe refers to? Well that PLUS technique coaching PLUS two years will get you up to the first pack. But in the meantime? getting into that second pack will make the likes of Lionel, Sam and Trevor absolutely green with envy!

The random animal cameos and drop-in appearances - I cant! Absolutely loved it. Sounds like you'll be leaving a lot of blood, sweat and tears in Australia's waters. I give you so much admiration for how hard you work. Even when, and perhaps especially when, you don't even feel up for it. Patiently waiting for more, and I will absolutely watch another half-hour of 'more of the same' for weeks on end :)

I hope you continue to grind Ari your a top level runner your cycling is competitive, im an ex swimmer and trust me when i say your swimming has come on leaps and bounds from when i first seen you swim. Yes you are still well off the pace of where you need to be and those improvements in swimming come very slowly. It may be a couple of years until you get where you want to be with your swimming if you do get there. But please stay positive as you are improving and you have been improving so what ever gains you get can only help in the other 2 disciplines. Love your channel

One thing in swimming that "ALL" high level athletes do is all out efforts often. They will suit up in race suits and do race pace efforts to get good at racing. Thats how you get fast and used to being fast. Sounds like you should go swim with a more high-elite level usa swim club to get standard swimming down. They all have that same mindset that you are seeing these Aussies have. Get in the water and grind.
