Plea means Hindi mein dalil hota hai.. iska MATLAB criminal matter mein jab bhi accused ko apna reply dena hota hai k vo as per charges framed against him, khud ko guilty manta hai ya nhi. Use hi khte hai plea of guilty or not guilty. Hope k main samjha payi agar nhi to aap dobara puchh lijiyega

Too good information. Mam, Wife has filled judicial separation case in Jan 2020. I came to know from other sources about case filled by wife. So myself appears in court in march 2021 and accept petition filled by wife. I submitted w/s and counter claim of divorce in may 2021. Total 7 hearing done from the date of petition filled by wife and 3 hearing done after submitting my w/s & Counter claim. Can I get decree of divorce in my favour under Order 8 Rule 10? Please advise 🙏
