Every time he says Halo you take a shot - On the more serious note, it looks really nice actually Halo being a big part of the heals and damage now. As it felt short previously for me damage wise.

Haha! Yeah, it's pumping right now damage wise, at least in M+. It was top of my damage break down by a mile and I wouldn't be surprised if some tuning comes its way but we'll see soon enough I guess :)

Liking all the healer breakdowns. My concern is losing such a strong tier set from the last 2 seasons

Thanks mate! It's a valid concern and from the little I've played holy priest, even I could feel the difference playing without the tier set. I was often in a situation where I tried to press the holy words and they were on cooldown while this happened less often in S3 because of the resets we got there. I think it will be fine at the end though as long as tuning is not dismal. You get little value from the new tier set and you have hero talents at your disposal so that should be enough to compensate!

I feel like they will have to buff oracle significantly to make people take that spec more. I personally don’t feel like their premonition is enough to keep up with halo. Also I would love to see some support to divine star. Maybe they could add something to the oracle tree to make it much better. Because as of now I feel it’s a worthless talent

@@passman36 I played just a little with Oracle and I think that I'll just have to spend a lot more time and practice with it to use it in an optimal way. However, once you do that, it should pump - pretty sure the holy priest in my guild is going to do miracles with it as this is the only class they play. For me though, I don't think I'll invest so much time into it so it's gonna be Halo all the way. And yes, I do miss Divine star too but if you play Archon, there's no way to get it which is very sad and limiting.

I never mained priest (always alt) and holy priest lacks a bit of aoe healing in M+ but it's manageable and it BLASTS in raid so I think that's a solid pick. Archon is a lot of fun too, one of the better hero talents that I played with :)

I did some raid testing using archon holy priest and found my self running out of mana when the boss was still at like 30% health left, even when using SF and SoH, meanwhile the mistweaver monk in my team was 100% the whole time :|

Monks are kind of broken with their Mana Tea >< Mana aside, how did it feel in raid? I assume numbers would be quite nice overall

@@thelegendbehindthecow it felt odd compared to how it is in retail currently. Did a 10 man raid 2/2/6 Halo does by far the most healing out of any ability, and also pumps damage on aoe, would be out dpsing tanks and some dps on packs of mobs, so I have a feeling it's going to get nerfed into the ground. The tier set bonus feels pretty much useless in raid I'd say they need to tune it so that spells use less mana or make it so that our abilities other than halo heal for a lot more

@@mucc_x Nice bits there! I also felt in M+ that outside of Halos I can barely keep up with healing while pretty much full chilling while it was active.. So yeah, it's early days and I would expect some tuning to happen very soon!

@@thelegendbehindthecow How are we supposed to aoe heal in M+ now? last two seasons with rng resets on holy words it was fairly easy .Did you use prayer of mending,circle of healing?

@@vanguelisk AOE healing has been weak point for holy priest for awhile now - at least for me who plays it every now and then semi-casual. I run prayer of mending but no circle of healing or prayer of healing. While the halos are active, they do a lot of work but when they are not and you don't have apotheosis running, it's just relying on Sanctify (which sucks if ppl are spread), insta cast procs and Serenity and defensives pretty much :(
