Thats a theory that has literally no support since she literally stabbed her hand through his chest to get the gnosis, she was only with Morax because he previously made a contract with them that Childe knew nothing about

I think the video is less on Venti/The Time God going back to before Lumine started her travels As in the video she is set as the Abyss Twin while Aether was asleep. As when the game starts the twins have been separated for 500 years, one who will later become the Abyss Twin got sent to the nation the gods destroyed. While the other was stuck in slumber, when the story starts in game the twin wakes up from said slumber and eventually meets Paimon. So Venti reversing time is basically him going back before Lumine killed everyone and making sure Aether wakes up this time. In hopes with him being awake this time everyone could be saved
