1:16 and onward is by far the hardest part of the song for me, that tapping riff is nuts, also i'm super stoked i'm finally gonna be able to see Archspire live the 29th this month in Stockholm, going to be awesome I'll make sure to say hi to Dean and Jared from you, tell them about your insane covers Also great work with this, got the tab book aswell and the bass lines are truly insane for this album

Thanks dude! That's a tough section, for sure. For me the hardest is the variation at the very end of the song where you go straight from tremolo to tapping. And that's awesome, they put on a great show. I think they've known about my covers for quite some time but I appreciate a shoutout all the same!

I got them from their official tab book on SH, and the tone is mostly from my Darkglass B3K and AO Ultra pedals, though I probably had a compression and EQ plugin going as well. Thanks for watching!

If you're having a hard time getting the slaps and pops all on the same string, try slapping every note to start! I found it made it easier when trying to account for the dead notes.
