I know this video is really old but I have a question: How do you find out about that stuff. Is there a method you use to find these things? Just asking 'cause I'd love finding out if there are any cool quest items to get that you can destroy before completing and restore after completing the quest, as well as if there are cool vehicles to get to look cool (for example the big tree you get to ride on in a night elf zone or the frostwyrm in the DK zone.) So you you have any tips for me?

There was a rumour this one actually still works...I haven't checked it for a while. The tree was hacked by votuus ages ago, you can tramp around in it-the post was "recent exploiting" I think, on ownedcore. No one has ever hacked the frostwyrm to my knowledge. I actually have the item on my be dk through item restore but it doesn't summon the wyrm outside the original dk zone. How I find these things is probably less interesting than you might imagine, I read everything and test everything 24/7 and mostly find nothing.

Archvaldor's Warcraft Hacks k thanks for answering. So the frost worm also can't be used if you go back to the dk zone and then fly out? After you successfully become "part of the horde/alliance". Could you please link the video of the tree glitch, I'd love to see it tho I can't find it..

It lasts till death. It survives logout. As I say elsewhere on this page bans occur less than people think and for less time than people think for unrated pvp exploiting. This could change as the chat violation system has changed, that is just going on my experience.

I assuming you will need extra healing help surviving long enough on low level character to get buff? aggro will drop if someone is healing you. or is there another way to get the buff?

From what I can see you just have to stand in the circle to get the (de)buff. So as long as you have someone with you to hold aggro you should be fine.

The way I did it I just went there, got killed by the vindicator, ghost walked back and waited till someone random attacked, then rezzed in the shiny gunk. You can join a dungeon group while dead, rez in the gunk and then port immediately to the dungeon-you might want to try this if you are doing it solo because the pala has an aoe ability which will one-shot a low-lvl player. A lot easier just to have friends help you obviously-I have to work alone because I don't want to compromise any one else's account.

I'm sorry mate. Used to take a while for this sort of thing to happen and someone from blizz had to look into it. It seems like they've just set it so a number of complaints will auto-trigger a ban.

Yeah sorry. You should basically assume that something like this won't last more than a few days-I don't tell people to subscribe for purely selfish reasons, it is also because if you didn't get it in your youtube feed on upload it may be too late to use it by the time you watch it.

Can these bugs/exploits get you banned?

Very unlikely I'd have thought. Thousands of twinks must have used the scroll exploit for an entire patch during MOP, I didn't hear of any one getting banned. It wasn't as strong as this one but it was still gamebreaking (6K health when everyone else had 2K). That said, impossible to know when Blizzard might suddenly throw a hissy fit.

KingPingx Historically it would be scaled for a pvp exploit. So 3 hours if your account is clean. The penalties do escalate quite quickly if you keep getting banned though. I doubt any sort of ban would happen in this case but it is impossible to be certain. Rated would be another matter but there is no rated right now.

KingPingx Not in my experience. There are supposedely unbanning methods. I know nothing about them.
