@@archvaldor I can test it for you, I leveled 2 Earthen from 10-70 from just exploration XP and some rares tossed it as well as some questing for the hell of it. Exploring is FAR faster than questing though because it's instant XP and you can go from 10-20 in maybe 10 minutes or less. I don't have a route that's guaranteed or anything but I can say with certainty that it requires some planning ahead of time. Also I don't think that mining and herbing would net much XP gain compared to just simply exploring but I haven't tried it so I can't say much. If you want I can try this all out within the next few days and give you a report on whether or not it's worth it.

Yeah… but then you have to be earthen for a lot of classes. I’d prefer levelling a different race in the same time

Exploration does not reduce your rested XP, but herbing, mining and rares will.

I leveled my Earthen from 10-71 with flying through azeroth only but did not use any xp gains. It took me overall 6 hrs because it was a lot of fun. When I hit 71 my gearscore was only 10😂. My druid leveled through the Isle of Dorn with Gathering only. You get around 2k per node and there is a pot which let you detect hidden nodes whats also an 50% increase.

@@_Travey I don't like leveling in retail, so this was a good way to quickly go through the levels instead paying 25Bucks for a race change :D

after you get the % increase from having 5 lvl 80s if you make a earthen they get a 200% exploring buff. Just flying around you can level each level in 3-5min all the way up to 72 without even leaving The OG zones. You don't have to flight a thing.

Seems fixed, when i party sync with a fresh lvl10 allied race on different realm from another WoW account with different timeline selected - it doesn't phase my main and mobs don't respawn. Unless i'm doing something wrong here?

They won't fix this, it is a bit fiddly though. Did you try with different character combinations and/or different realms?/different locations?

Rarescanner addon or silverdragon addon will alert you to rares at some distance.

Yeah but it doesn't do that until you encounter the rare for the first time. Good suggestion but I didn't mention that just because I figured that would confuse a lot of people.

​@@archvaldor Last I checked Rare scanner doesn't require you to have seen the rare before, all of the info in them should be available from the get go, and it even tracks spawn timers

Which add-on do you recommend that will alert for all of the rares as you fly over them in the old world (without having to mouse over)? And is there a good add-on to show locations of them on the map that doesn’t turn them off once you’ve killed it ?

I couldn't find any good ones. There is some kind of block against scanning for rares you haven't killed yet making them of very questionable value. I just use the maps and my eyes.

SO I don't know if Blizz nerfed this but I can't get the sync stuff to work to respawn things.

They'll never fix it. It is fiddly and often mobs are dead on the other realm so you won't get a respawn. If you can tell me exactly what you are doing I'll try and fix any issues you may have.

The video says old azeroth and time walking mode. How do we access that?

Old Azeroth is just the eastern kingdoms and Kalimdor -where Stormwind and Orginmmar are. Time walking mode can be switched on by talking to the gnome chromie outside the embassy in these faction capitals.

Plenty of ways to escape combat but they usually take you out of the physical location rather than drop combat, albeit very temporarily. HS table was/is pretty special.

The really bad part is that you don't even learn the game from leveling. It's so braindead easy that new players get to max level, get smacked, quit. It's really a problem. They should make leveling faster but make the content harder and harder to teach people that dang game.

I wish you could level down/reset levels. I want to relevel my characters to learn the new talents. I didn’t get to play since shadowlands. It’s a little overwhelming how much new/changed

I'm sure this minor oversight will be hotfixed any minute now since there are so few bugs in the game due to how carefully Blizzard listens to feedback from beta and the PTR. If I put specific map locations then people will over-farm those rares. You need to pick a zone, preferably one not so popular, and google it for rares.

I have actually done that when I needed a specific class/race/combo to test something fast for my patreons. It is VERY poor value and feels even worse, I don't recommend it. I actually like killing the rares so it isn't downtime for me (exactly).
