Hi! Just found your channel! I’m in central NC and we’ve recently been adjusted to hardiness zone 8 😱(previously zone 7) so I’m interested in what I can grow with extra care 🍌

If you are talking bananas I would stick to the dwarf and tiny varieties. They can be planted in pots to make it easier to bring in out of the cold.
