Well that's me screwed I've got a rash I then go out and identify it and touch it without realising it now i'm going to get a rash x2!
@illmade218 күн бұрын
It takes me three to four days for it to show up and lasts weeks. Unfortunately it's taking over my yard. I've worn long gloves, long sleeves, etc. And it gets through everything. As soon as I come in I use alcohol on myself my gloves etc, then take a shower, then go over myself with alcohol or witch hazel again. Doesn't 100% help but not as bad as with out. Clothes go in the wash by themselves etc. Calamine lotion and witch hazel once the rash shows up, it helps but not much. Thanks for the ideas, I'll try anything.

For three hours I touched, pulled, twisted this vine around my arms pulling it from the trees it killed in my backyard. I had no idea it will give me an itching rush because you can not feel anything bad from it until 1-2 days. It is exactly as you described it and now it is on my both forearms and on my stupid forehead. When does it go away?
@FoodForesters20 күн бұрын
It could take a week to go away

We have tons of crows, hawks and owls but now less of my favorite birds. I enjoyed the owls but even they have moved further away because of these stupid crows. The crows fuss with hawks.

The hospital told my friend her son would be scared for life from a serious water burn. She made a confrey oil and sprayed the area to keep it moist day and night. He has no scars thanks to his clever Mum and Comfrey. ♥️☘️

Hello, can you please tell me how to cool the eggs from the moment they fledge 2 times a day in such incubators? After all, the chicks will die if this is not done.

I still don't know if it's Virginia Creeper that's causing my blisters, but it could be. I certainly have a lot of it in the garden! Anyway, I find that taking benadryl or an antihistamine makes the itch go away for a few hours.

Great idea on the tire concept, I feel is a useful way to reduce old tires dumping on landfills and the wood chips mix is a great touch.

Well these nasty little theives just went down every row of my sweet corn and dug up and ate it all. It was about 2 inches tall.And corn is 30.00 a lb. While I was at work. Came home caught them finishing it up. I did something like you did with the flags, except I use marking tape. Used lime green and orange color. I split the hanging ends. Makes more movement that way. I did this on both sides of my corn rows. I also bought and sprayed that awful smelling spray to get rid of pest. Now I have to replant my corn and see if it works at a cost of 22.00 a quart at Tractor Supply..That will make enough to spray twice. It says one spraying will last a while before you have to spray again. Now this morning Crows all in my yard.

14:08 I also wasn't that pleased with the Bresse that I bought from Bresse Farms. The day I got them was fine but after a few days, they started dying. I have barred rocks and never lost any all the years I have had them. I know what I am doing...I ended up losing 7. One was deformed and after a couple of months we had to put it down because it lost it's down and never came in with feathers. I have never seen that before . I am wondering about too much inbreeding. They are also super nervous and have been from day one. They do not want to tame down at all.

In Australia this is called Rosella (Hibiscus Sabdariffa). It is traditionally used to make Rosella Jam. All parts of the plant are edible; seeds, pods, the fleshy red rosella petals, the flowers, stems and leaves. The rosella is high in vitamin c too. The young leaves and red rosella petals add a nice tang to salad. I just saved some seed from mine today and have planted out a few. When green, the seed pods also contain pectin. You use them to release pectin in your jam while it’s boiling and sieve it out later. The plant isn’t true Red Sorrel but is known as this in some locales. Red sorrel also known as Sheep Sorrel (rumex sanguineus) is a small leafy herbaceous perennial which grows low to the ground reaching anywhere from 10 cm to 40 cm tall. Other names for Rosella include Jamaican tea, Maple-leaf Hibiscus, Florida Cranberry, and October Hibiscus. Rosella will propagate prolifically under the right conditions. Leave the rosella on the bush and wait for the inner seed pod to become somewhat whitened or greyish. You can peel back the top of the red petal to have a look. There is about 12 seeds per pod. When they look ready, usually when you can see the pod begin to split and open, you can harvest the rosella and pull open the seed pod to reveal the seed. The seed usually ripens right around when they will best propagate, which is at a consistent temperature over 28 degrees Centigrade or 82.5 Fahrenheit.
