@@JuffBass honestly I feel like such a lame musician. Like I play songs just fine but still struggle sometimes to work out stuff by ear and when it comes to making my own compositions it certainly doesnt come naturally but I guess I really need to knuckle down on the theory

@@chickentikka7890 I know very little about theory. It makes things easier of course, but you can live for a while without them as well. When I learn a song by ear I always think that my bass only has around 40 different notes, so it's not that hard to find that one that I want. :) Of course it's hard sometimes (Star Treatment), but it's there so if I have to pick all of them to find one, I will pick all of them! Later you will be better about it naturally. Bass compositions a bit different. Check out my original songs, they have very easy second bass lines, try to learn them by ear, then send me in e-mail. I will correct it and we will see how it goes and I will try to help about it! :)

I'm really not that good with the pick but I realize that I can play this song more easilly with my fingers, why do you use the pick in this one?

Some songs are better when they played with picks, by the way these are my nails, I don't use picks. :)
