Acturians are telling me about a dragon dna activation… something about how the dna looks like spirals and it’s activating in starseeds. It feels chaotic.. there’s something going on with the Aurora Lights right now as well.. I’ll try to connect with them again soon this week and get more info.

For over a year my skin has felt like it itches on the inside. Pressure, constant pressure. I still see the lights in the sky and receive encouragement when it is most needed but I feel like this constant pain and stress is shortening my life. I cannot go on like this forever. Is this the natural process or am I feeling the horrific frequencies of the dark controllers? When will this end?

Actually, you did choose it. From the KZbin channel: jk ultra: you have a "soul contract". You choose to experience a harder life, for yourself and the collective. It was something you want to experience, as a life experience. You choose your parents, before you come back in a life. It's what I heard from jk ultra, in one of her videos.

Personally, I'm labeled as being mentally ill. I have bipolar disorder. However, only certain lessons are learned through hardship. I've been "caged" 7 times. The first, second, and seventh ones had major life lessons I needed to learn/experience. I wouldn't trade them, for anything. It's just certain lessons have you "run through the coals/grater". The main reason why I share about being mentally ill is there's a huge correlation between mental illness and substance abuse. Like 90% of people that are mentally ill, use something. It kind of goes hand in hand. So, I've been around those people quite a bit.
