A message for the person who struggles to lose fat when they have tried so hard and failed. I received this message while meditating to this. Your cells are resonating when the vibration of scarcity. Think of a person preparing for a famine and this is an accurate representation of your cells. Your fat cells are storing on your body because your vibration says "I will need these on the future." I was told that your need to allow your abundance. You are already connected to the infinite source, but you need to allow that connection. You are crimping off the line from infinite source by being fearful. Releases the fear that there is not enough. Release the fear that shortages and drought are coming. Do not live in that vibration. Once your cells resonate with the vibration of abundance, your fat cells will release and you will become more abundant in your life overall.

I was meditating a few weeks ago and i was just to the point where you are close to falling asleep. Out of nowhere i started feeling an overwhelming calm over me. Hard to explain but if you have ever had iv drugs in the hospital for pain or sleep, it was similar. Then my chest began to burn and i had this feeling of love take over. It was like the feeling when you just figured out you were in love with someone but more intense. My chest burned kind of like vapo rub feels like but more inside and out. This lasted about 45 seconds then I received a quick electric-feeling jolt in the center of my chest then it all stopped. I immediately woke up and was thinking i was having a heart attack. After calming myself down and drinking some water, i took my bp and pulse and they were normal. Pulse was a little high but in normal range. I refuse to ponder this because it will lead to anxiety issues like in my past. I used to have anxiety problems and most of it is caused by worrying about shit that hasn’t happened. So, could this have been a clearing of my heart chakra or a code sent from a higher dimensional being? I feel fine ever since. I do feel a little more open about myself than usual. I meditate often and consider myself “awaken” and learning about the universe(s) just like every other evolving soul. I guess you could say my 3rd eye is open. I am not easily mesmerized by normal 3d realm like tv and propaganda. I can always smell something that isn’t right always. I know religion is all a man made way to control the masses. Religion isn’t needed to connect with Source. I do not resonate with any religion. Buddhism is the closest I resonate with, but even it has a leader who is nothing but a man who is treated like a god. If you as a human are so separated from source that you need to be influenced by another man to know the truth, then you aren’t fully awaken. When awaken you just know when things are right. You do not have to ask.

Everything is energy and vibrates at a very particular frequency. By matching the frequency of an organ, a food, an emotion, etc with the same frequency in sound, you enhance/stimulate/heal/charge it. You can also use particular frequencies to alter your mood or to help you sleep or meditate.
